This was our anniversary dinner celebration and as soon as we arrived we were handed 2 glasses of chilled champagne. What a delight! Our waitress was so attentive and funny and really took time to explain the menu to us and to go ask questions if we had them. We had a few dietary restrictions for this meal and boy, did Estela come through. The food was exquisite. This is definitely on our must do again list for Rincón area.

The service was impeccable at this gem of a farm to table restaurant. Our appetizers, main course and shared dessert were scrumptious. Having a separate vegan menu was pure genius for those of us who often have to untangle these options on a full menu. We look forward to returning to this superb restaurant.

A culinary experience beyond expectation. Chef Abel is genius and I applaud his beautiful masterpiece. I'm happy to play canvas to his brush strokes of healthy sustainable cuisine and how he takes me on a magical journey. Mil gracias and would highly recommend the star of Rincon!
